Jagjit Singh Nazran - Founder/Advisor
Jag is a senior legal and governance professional with extensive experience advising boards, executive leadership teams and investment organisations across asset and investment management in multiple jurisdictions.
He trained at Clifford Chance and has since built and led senior legal and governance functions within asset management, investment banking and institutional investment environments.
Jag advises on a broad range of legal, governance and regulatory matters across the full lifecycle of investment funds and products, including corporate, commercial, operational and trading considerations, in complex and highly regulated environments.
More recently, Jag has focused on developing technology-enabled approaches to legal, governance and risk management, working with domain experts to use data to support faster, better-informed decision-making as regulatory, market and external conditions evolve.

Punit Vir is a senior technology and AI transformation leader with extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale digital, cloud and AI programmes for global organisations.
At DevCo, Punit leads the design and delivery of AI-enabled legal, governance and enterprise systems that support control, scalability and risk-aware decision-making.
Prior to joining DevCo, Punit served as Vice President, Global Emerging Technology at The Coca-Cola Company, leading global AI and digital transformation initiatives across 40+ countries.
Earlier roles included Global Head of Data & IT Engineering, where he led Coca-Cola’s largest cloud transformation and strengthened cybersecurity resilience to financial-services-grade standards.
